Shipping Policy

Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders for in-stock items are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Zero Turn Mowers require assembly and pre-delivery inspection before shipping, which may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Areas and Charges

  • TMI Tractor Shop offers local delivery within 100 km of our store in Nambour, QLD.
  • A $100 delivery fee applies to all Zero Turn Mowers delivered within this local area.
  • For deliveries beyond 100 km, please contact us before placing your order to arrange freight. Orders placed online from outside this area will not be processed until freight costs are confirmed.

Store Pickup

We encourage customers to collect their orders in-store whenever possible. In-store pickup allows our staff to ensure your machine is prepared and ready for use. At pickup, one of our team members will provide a brief overview of your new mower, including operation tips and service intervals, so you’re confident and ready to go.

Shipping for Other Items

  • Smaller items, such as parts or implements, are shipped using reputable freight carriers or Australia Post, depending on size and destination.
  • Shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier schedules. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange an assessment, replacement, or claim with the carrier.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly by TMI Tractor Shop.
  • Supplier restocking fees of up to 25% may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the incorrect part was supplied due to an error on your order (e.g., wrong part number provided), return costs and replacement fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an incorrect part was supplied by our staff after you provided accurate machine details, we will cover the return and replacement costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be processed once the original item has been returned and approved by our team. All exchanges must be arranged directly with a TMI Tractor Shop staff member to ensure the correct replacement is provided.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are handled under manufacturer warranty terms. Refer to our service team for any warranty repair requests or assessment.
